At North America Phase Converters and Electrical Supply (NAPCES) our focus has always been on delivering great products and even better customer service; it’s been our single focus since opening our doors. It became challenging though to keep up with the increase in production requirements while our available work space remained constant. To ensure we could continue to maintain our delivery schedules and levels of customer service and satisfaction, we opted for an expansion early in 2014.

Since early March work has been underway in preparing a vacant commercial manufacturing unit adjacent to our current facility. Walls have come down, and work areas have been reconfigured. We now have twice the space we had prior to our expansion.
We’re happy about our new expansion, and even happier for our customers. From rotary phase converters to 3 phase transformers and everything in between, your product needs will be better served by our facilities expansion. The benefits are multifold:
- We can now purchase larger lots of components and negotiate better pricing, which supports our pricing guarantee — ‘we guarantee you will not find a better priced phase converter on the market. If you do, we will beat that price by 10%.’
- Our expanded production department enables larger production runs for improved inventories of ready to ship products, while maintaining additional manufacturing capacity for producing one-off units and other specialized production runs.
- Ready to ship phase converters, accessories, spare part inventories and increased shipping dock capacity, will drive even shorter order-to-delivery shipment times.
- Additions of customer service personnel will provide additional levels of customer satisfaction during initial technical consultations, after-market sales and warranty/return processing.
